Conservatories do not usually require planning permission, and despite their complexity are still simpler, quicker, cheaper to build and not subject to as many building regulations as a conventional extension and once finished you will have a hugely versatile extra room.
We make our own frames in our Margate factory and will project manage the whole project for you bringing in experienced and fully qualified specialists for the foundations, brickwork, electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring and using our highly experienced fitters to fit the windows and roof.
You can chose between a glass roof tinted blue, bronze or grey with the option to have the innovative Pilkington Activ self cleaning glass or 25mm thick Polycarbonate.
You have the option of conventional single, french or patio doors, or we can fit innovative Bi-Fold doors that enable the entire front of your conservatory (up to 5.5m) to be open to your garden in little more time than it takes to open a normal door an option that is proving increasingly popular.
Porches
Roofline can add a porch to your home and replace or modify an existing one. Whether you require a traditional pitched tile roof porch, a feature conservatory style entrance or a flat roofed lean to roofed with the innovative FLAG TPO roofing system we are sure we can provide what you want.
